Competing in a summer or winter Olympic sport?

Researchers from our Female Athlete Program are studying relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S). If you are a female or male able-bodied athlete/para-athlete (recreational to elite), over 15 years old, and competing in a summer or winter Olympic sport, they want to hear from you. You can help them find the best tools to use in early detection of RED-S to optimize athlete health and performance. Visit https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/REDS-Global for more information.
